Cancellation and Modification Policy
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing only to the ESSD Congress Secretariat (essd@kuonitumlare.com)
Cancellation Pre-congress courses
In case of cancellation before August 1, 2025, the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after this deadline.
Cancellation of 15th ESSD Congress fees
In case of cancellation before August 1, 2025, the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after this deadline.
Cancellation of the 15th ESSD Conference dinner
In case of cancellation before 1st September 2025, the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 30. No refund will be made after this deadline.
Modification Policy
All modifications concerning your registration are to be addressed to Kuoni Tumlare Congress by email at essd@kuonitumlare.com. We regret that changes requested by phone cannot be accepted. Changes which result in a partial refund are subject to an administration fee of EUR 30 per refund.
